As a woman, it's our tendency to criticize ourselves almost ALL THE TIME! When we look at the mirror, there are thousands of reasons that we dislike the body in there. My arms are so fat, my eyes are so small, my thighs are too big, my hair is so frizzy( no kidding)....😨😨😨

I was that person, and I am sometimes that person now too.

But the truth is, no matter how hard we perfect ourselves, if there is not a right mindset, there will be never enough amount of beauty, intelligence, or even success!

So, it's time to give yourself some sincere credits.👍👍👍

Make a list of things that you like yourself. Take your time. Save it on your phone.

Next time when some negative energy hits you. Look at your list. Every item. Read it until you can't help but smiling....😉😉😉

This little practice has helped me find back my confidence, remind me who I am exactly and what I have already had. I'm not perfect and still learning too.

But trust me, the more you do it, the less you will do. More importantly, it clarifies what really matters in your life!☀️☀️☀️
